Brentham Garden Estate and Grimshaw

The Brentham Garden Estate is a garden suburb in Ealing W5, built in the early 20th century on Co-partnership principles, offering residents the opportunity to purchase shares in their homes.  It is now a conservation area with tree-lined roads, interesting and unusual groups of houses (approx 600) and much architectural appeal.

This area of Ealing, offering a village-style life in west London, is close to the popular Pitshanger Lane Village with many shops, bars and restaurants. The open spaces of Pitshanger and Cleveland parks are close by.   Buses are on hand for Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth Line) and there are a number of local schools.

The Brentham Club is situated at the heart of the area, with its extensive sports facilities including tennis, cricket and football.  The café is named after Fred Perry, a name check for the Brentham’s most famous tennis player in its history.  Grimshaw and Co have recently sponsored the Brentham annual LTA tournament.
